We offer support all the standard & popular computer applications (including but not limited to, Microsoft Office tools, Adobe tools, Corel, OpenOffice), Operating systems (Especially Microsoft Windows 9x/NT/200x/XP and Linux), Application Servers (Mail servers, Web servers, portal server, etc.), Security Applications (Corporate/Personal Firewalls, Antivirus, Anti-spyware, Intrusion Detection Systems, Log analysis). We provide limited support for network hardware - routers, switches, firewalls, ADSL/SDSL modem, VoIP --configurations
What we don't support
At present we do not provide any hardware support. There are no on-site support provided directly or indirectly from OpineSoft
Remote Support Minimum Requirement
For successful execution of OpineSoft remote support services the customer must have a minimum of 512kbps Internet connectivity.
*The maintenance and guaranteeing uptime of the Internet link is not a responsibility of OpineSoft, we may alert the customer about the outage of the Internet connectivity if detected. Also, OpineSoft will not be liable for any Support Service breakage resulting from the Internet outage at the client premises.
